Florida Surf Film Festival is June 18 and 19, 2021 in New Smyrna Beach. Doors open at The Atlantic Center for the Arts June 18 at 5pm. Festival commencement with Festival Director John Brooks will be at 6p.m. and films start at 6:10p.m. Dancing in Dakar and Andy Irons and the Radicals, Part 1 will start the festival. Intermission at 730p.m. and then Part 2 of Andy Irons and the Radicals will begin at 8:30p.m. The film will conclude and at 9:45p.m. a Q & A with Director Ashton Goggans and Editor and Archival Contributor Patrick Eichsteadt.
On Saturday, doors will again open at 5p.m. and they will screen Maurics Cole: The First Wave, Dark Hollow, and Arc of Aleutia. Intermission at 7:30p.m. will be followed by a screening of Girl's Can't Surf at 8:30p.m.
Indoor face covering is not required, but the festival is asking you to wear one indoors If you are not vaccinated. If you test positive or feel sick, please contact the festival for a full refund before the day of the event.
