The Miami Film Festival will have a special retrospective presentation of a feature film hit from the 2017 festival, A Change of Heart. Producer Emilio Estefan will be present at the screening and participate in a pre-screening Marquee Conversation with Miami Film Festival executive director, Jaie Laplante. The screening is at 7pm on March 11th.
The film stars Jim Belushi as Hank, a Central Florida townsman who is comfortable in his white straight profile. Suffering a heart attack, he now is offered the heart of a Puerto Rican drag queen. Can Hank accept this donation? The cast includes Gloria Estefan, Virginia Madsen, Aimee Teegarden, Kathy Najimy and William Levy.
