Orlando Film Festival Deadlines Approaching

Orlando Film Festival is approaching final submission deadline for filmmakers. Films created in the last 24 months of the event are eligible for competition.  This is an exhibition of domestic and international feature films, documentaries, shorts and screenplays. The festival presents over 40 filmmaking and screenwriting awards each year.

Current prizes include:
  • $500,000 First Look deal with Valencia Motion Pictures to the winner of Best Feature and Un-produced Screenplay
  • $50,000 Fist Look deal with Valencia Motion Pictures winner of Best Short
  • First Look Deal with Valencia Motion Pictures for the winner of Best Screenplay
  • EP Movie Magic Software Licenses to the winners of 10 categories
  • Live Script Read of Selected Screenplay Submission by cast of SAG actors

Orlando Film Festival has been running annually in the City of Orlando for 17 years. The next festival will take place October 27 - November 3, 2022.  OFF is produced by working filmmakers and industry professionals. Screenings with filmmaker Q and A sessions, panels, workshops, nightly parties and professional activities are programmed into the immersive eight day festival.

Screenings take place at Cobb Plaza Cinemas in downtown. The cinema is walking distance to official festival venues, including hotel.
