Woman In Motion Nominated for Documentary Emmy

Woman in Motion, a Stars North Film, is nominated for a News and Documentary Emmy® Award for Outstanding Music Composition. The documentary categories will be awarded on September 29th. The film directed by Todd Thompson was written by John McCall, Joe Millin and Benjamin Crump. Woman in Motion is available on Paramount+.

"In 1977, NASA struggled to recruit scientists, engineers and astronauts for their new Space Shuttle Program. That's when Nichelle Nichols, Star Trek's Lt. Uhura, challenged NASA by asking the question: "Where are my people?" and embarks on a four-month campaign to recruit the first Black, Latino and Asian men and women to fly in space."
