The next Women in Film and Television Daytona event will be Wednesday, August 2, 2023 from 6-8pm. John & Laura VonMutius present LIGHTS, CAMERA, HOLD THAT THOUGHT. How to think like an editor from pre-production to delivery.

With 13+ years of experience, John VonMutius is an Emmy-nominated, Telly-winning editor who has cut multiple feature films, streaming shows, and short films. He has also served as post-production supervisor for features and streaming shows, managing a global team of professionals and overseeing the post workflow from wrap to delivery.

Laura VonMutius has been a script supervisor for numerous films and commercials. When she's not on set, she is an assistant editor, organizing footage and assembling scenes.

The presentation is geared to help you to understand proper slating, continuity, coverage, framing, VFX considerations and media management.

The evening presentation is open to anyone interested in the Film, Television & Digital Media Industry. Free for WIFT-FL members and $10 for non-members.
