The Florida Film Festival announced a couple weeks ago at a preview party that they would have Writer, Producer, and Director Barry Levinson.  He is getting the "An Afternoon with" spot on Saturday, April 21st at the Enzian Theater.  He will be present for a Q&A session accompanying a screening of his 1999 film Liberty Heights.  Screening begins at 12:30pm.

On Monday, the festival announced that multiple Emmy Award winning performer Cloris Leachman will be attending the festival.  She will also have a Q&A accompanying one of her films, The Last Picture Show, on Friday, April 20th.  The screening begins at 7:30pm at the Enzian.

If you aren't familiar with Barry Levinson, you probably are and don't know it.  He has a long list of work in the industry.  In addition to Liberty Heights, here are a few of his films:  High Anxiety, ...And Justice for All, Sleepers, The Natural, Good Morning, Vietnam, Rain Man, Donnie Brasco.

Cloris Leachman has more Emmy Awards than any other performer.  She also has a Best Supporting Actress Oscar for The Last Picture Show.  She worked with Levinson on High Anxiety.  She is best known for her work on the "Mary Tyler Moore" show and the spinoff "Phyllis."

The Enzian Theater is located at 1300 South Orlando Avenue in Maitland.  You can find out more about the Florida Film Festival at www.floridafilmfestival.com.
