The 33rd annual Florida Film Festival will take place April 12-21, 2024. For ten days films, events, parties, and celebrities will be scheduled. The Enzian Theater is the primary venue located at 1300 South Orlando Avenue in Maitland, Florida. Florida director Victor Nunez's newest film, Rachel Hendrix will have its southeast premiere as the opening night film. The film was shot in the Florida panhandle and stars Lori Singer (Footloose) as a widow who experiences a relapse of grief one year after her husband dies. Lori Singer and Victor Nunez will be in attendance on opening night.

After the film, head over to the Winter Park Event's Center Tiedtke Amphitheater and Belvedere for the opening night party. Official Food & Beverage Sponsors of the 2024 FFF Opening Night Party include 4Rivers, Arthur's Catering, Forward/Slash, Ketel One Vodka, Freshie Imports, Jeremiah's Italian Ice, Ivanhoe Park Brewing Co., and Pizza Bruno.  The Winter Park Center is located at 1050 W Morse Blvd., Winter Park. The party will be from 8pm-midnight.

An Evening with John Cleese is Sunday, April 14th featuring Monty Python and the Holy Grail. On Friday, April 19th An Evening with Natasha Lyonne featuring But I'm a Cheerleader will happen at the Enzian.

A free "FORUM: Go Union: What SAG-AFTRA can do for you" will take place at the Winter Park Library at 11a.m. on April 18th. Additionally "FORUM: Artificial Intelligence and Its Impact on the Film Industry" will be at the library April 17th and on April 19th "FORUM: Filmmaker Forum".
