You Be The Judge. The 27th Annual MANHATTAN SHORT FILM FESTIVAL will screen the ten finalist films in 500 venues around the world and ask you the audience to vote for your favorites in film and acting. Film finalists in the past have gone on to garner Oscar nominations and move to mainstream Hollywood.

The ten finalist films are from eight countries: United Kingdom, The Netherlands, Ukraine, Italy, France, Australia, Croatia, Ireland and two from the USA.
