SPOOKY EMPIRE Horror Film Festival is coming to the Hyatt Regency Orlando October 11-13, 2024. Frightening short and feature-length films to immerse yourself into horror culture are on the schedule. There will be two rooms full of films, as well as panels and filmmaker Q&As. Sunday, October 13th at 4pm the festival will celebrate the films with an awards ceremony.
A highlight on this year's festival schedule, Florida Horror Writers: How to be Dark, Gloomy, and Gothic When It's So Bright and Sunny Outside. You can find a Q&A with Ernie Hudson, Q&A with Rosanna Arquette, Q&A with Carla Gugino, a filmmaker lounge, an autograph room, and celeb photo ops rooms. Florida Fear, a collection of made in Florida short horror films, is also planned.
