FLIFF Presents "Safe Sets" Screening

Fort Lauderdale International Film Festival is screening "SAFE SETS - Dying to Work in the Film Industry". The 2024 documentary will premiere at FLIFF: Gateway Cinema. The film focuses on a doctor's observations and investigations into the working conditions in Hollywood. Paul Heinzelmann, one of the directors, is a primary care doctor trained in public health. Paul went to the world of film sets after tax incentives brought film to Massachusetts. His studies of the industry reveal a workplace in need of reform.

Jonathan Schwartz, the film's second director, focuses on climate change, global indigenous and human rights, public health and Green Tech. Jonathan has expertise in project management, music scoring, direction, animation, investigative research among other skills. He is also a multi Project Grant recipient.
