The 2025 OSCARS™ is going to broadcast on ABC on Sunday, March 2nd. Conan O'Brien will host the televised awards show. This will be the 97th Academy Awards and it will air live starting with the official red carpet at 6:30pm ET/3:30pm PT. The awards show will begin at 7pm ET/4pm PT.

The west coast fires have changed the normal events surrounding the Oscars. The voting was extended, nomination announcement was rescheduled, the Oscar luncheon will not be held this year and the Scientific and Technical awards scheduled for Tuesday, February 18th will be rescheduled to a later date yet to be determined.  The Governor's Ball will celebrate 31 years of Wolf Gang Puck catering and will still take place.

Halle Berry, Penélope Cruz, Elle Fanning, Whoopi Goldberg, Scarlett Johansson, John Lithgow, Amy Poehler, June Squibb and Bowen Yang will present at the 97th Oscars®, executive producer and showrunner Raj Kapoor and executive producer Katy Mullan announced. Previously announced Oscars presenters include Robert Downey Jr., Cillian Murphy, Da'Vine Joy Randolph and Emma Stone.
