Filmed in Peru will be taking place in New York City and Miami from April 10-18. Drama, Foodies, Comedy Lovers, Documentary Enthusiasts, True Crime Fans, and Based on True Story films are on the schedule.
Ricardo de Montreuil, director of "Mistura" (with Barbara Mori and Christian Meier), actor Gonzalo Molina, the star of "Queens," actress and supermodel Juana Burga and 12 others have confirmed their attendance.
"The presence of Peruvian filmmakers and actors has always been an important part of our showcase," said Director Robert Pazos. "And this year we are bringing a record number of guests to our screenings in Miami, Long Island, and New York City."
Screenings are taking place at SilverSpot Miami Cinema in downtown Miami, Cinema Arts Centre in Huntington on Long Island, Village East in Manhattan, and the King Juan Carlos Center at NYU.
Filmed in Peru will feature 20 films, all shot in Peru, including 12 feature-length fiction and documentaries and eight short films.
