Film Florida quarterly meeting, December 10-11, 2014 in Orlando, FL. Film Florida plans to unveil some exciting new elements for the organization and members.

The following information is from Film Florida:

The preliminary itinerary of events is as follows:

Wednesday, December 10th:

9am - 11am : Legislative Committee Meeting
11am - 1pm : Film Commission Council Meeting
1pm - 2pm : Lunch on own
2pm - 3pm : Education Council Meeting
3pm - 4pm : Industry / Association Council Meeting

All meetings on Wednesday, 12/10 will be held at Rollins College in the Bierbach-Reed Room in the Cornell Campus Center, building #325--a short walk from the Alfond Inn.

7pm - 10pm : Jingle Mingle Industry Event (Presented by Women in Film & Television - Florida)

Jingle Mingle will be held at the Winter Park Farmer's Market. Visit WIFT-FL's website (www.womeninfilmfl.org) to view details and purchase tickets in advance! As an Association Sponsor, all Film Florida members receive the discounted ticket rate of $20.00.

Thursday, December 11th:

8am - 9am : Continental Breakfast
9am - 12pm : Film Florida Board of Directors Meeting
All meetings on Thursday, 12/11 will be held at the Alfond Inn

All meeting and event venues are located within a 0.5 mile radius.

A Film Florida room block is available at the Alfond Inn in Winter Park with easy access to all meeting and event locations:

The room block is available from Tuesday, December 9th through Thursday, December 11th at $189/night plus tax and parking fees. If you are interested in reserving a room, please contact Film Florida Executive Administrator Christy Tricoli at christy.marie.tricoli@gmail.com for booking details.

For the Wednesday meetings on Rollins College's campus, all attendees that are not staying at the Alfond Inn will park in the nearby SunTrust parking garage and walk to the Cornell Campus Center, building #325. A map will shared with all attendees shortly. There is valet parking available at the Alfond Inn for the Thursday meetings.

The Film Florida meetings can be attended at no cost. If you are planning to attend any of the meetings, please send your RSVP to our Executive Administrator, Christy Tricoli at christy.marie.tricoli@gmail.com for planning purposes.
