Did Dickens' childhood reading influence his writing novels? Theatrical adaptations, did they play to the readers? Rollins College professor Patrick Fleming will discuss years leading up to the 1938 MGM release of A Christmas Carol.

Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Gather in the Albertson Room located in the Orlando Public Library Downtown. Beginning at 2:00p.m. on Saturday, December 13th, registration is recommended for this one hour event.

A Christmas Carol, Disney's adaption of 2009 will play from 3:00p.m. till 5:00p.m.
