Music of the Movies Free Concert

There is a free outdoor concert this Saturday, April 18 at Loch Haven Park in Orlando. It is sponsored by Dr. Phillips Charities.
The concert is being put on by the Orlando Philharmonic Orchestra and the Orlando Repertory Theatre. There will be food trucks, an instrument petting zoo and Mr. Richard & The Pound Hounds starting at 4:00 p.m. The Orlando Repertory Theatre will bring the Power Chords to the show at 5:00 p.m. The actual concert at 6:00 p.m. by the philharmonic will be movie themed and include the cast of the REP's Shrek the Musical. The music will represent the movies Jurassic Park, Pirates of the Caribbean, Star Wars, The Incredibles, and more.
Loch Haven Park is at the corner of North Mills Avenue and Princeton Street. Think Orlando Museum of Art, Florida Hospital, or Orlando Science Center and you're there.
