Orange County Film Incentive Open Until May 28th

Orange County, Florida offers a Film Incentive for those wishing to film in the area. Applications are being accepted on a rolling basis, subject to available funding. The first application window will be open until May 28, 2026. Film and Television Incentive, Commercial Incentive, and Entertainment Tax Exemption are all available for you to read and understand what is best for your production needs.

According to the County's website "Eligible projects include feature films, television series, streaming productions, and commercials that will be filmed partly or entirely in Orange County and promote the area as a destination. Film incentive requirements include both a minimum direct spend in Orange County and a cap: Commercials require a $250,000 minimum spend with a 10% rebate capped at $50,000. TV and Film productions have a $400,000 minimum spend with a 20% rebate capped at $1 million."
