Film Florida Quarterly Meeting in Orlando

Film Florida will hold quarterly meetings on December 7-9, 2016. Film Florida is a trade association for Florida production professionals. Members will be gathering to hold Board of Director, Council and committee meetings. Women in Film and TV Florida will also participate in events producing the annual Jingle Mingle holiday party open to the public with industry focus.
Happening in Orlando, events will take place at the Lowes Sapphire Falls Resort at Universal Orlando.
Film Florida published the following schedule for the upcoming quarterly:
Wednesday December 7, 2016
3:00pm – 5:30pm: Education Council with Strategic Futures Presentation at Universal Studios Florida Production Group (Film Florida members only, must RSVP to gain security gate access)
7:00pm – 10:00pm: WIFT-FL Jingle Mingle (open to the public)
Jingle Mingle is an annual holiday party for the entire industry. Film Florida members will receive a discounted rate for tickets.
Thursday December 8, 2016 – Meetings at Sapphire Falls Resort
9:00am – 10:30am: Film Commission Council (Film Florida members only)
10:30am – 12:00pm: Strategic Futures Committee (Film Florida members only)
12:00pm – 1:30pm: Lunch on your own
1:30pm – 2:30pm: Industry & Association Council (Film Florida members only)
2:30pm – 4:30pm: Legislative Committee (Film Florida members only)
4:45pm: Production Facilities Tour and Evening Reception at Universal Studios (Film Florida members only)
Friday December 9, 2016 – Meetings at Sapphire Falls Resort
8:00am – 9:00am: Continental Breakfast (open to the public)
9:00am – 12:30pm: Board of Directors Meeting (open to the public)
