The Orlando Film Festival call for films is at the final call stage. Entry by deadline June 30 is needed with an announcement in September of inclusion into the festival. This year's festival is scheduled for October 17-24, 2019.
The Orlando Film Festival centers around the Cobb Cinema Plaza in the heart of Downtown Orlando. This will be the 14th annual by filmmakers for filmmakers festival. The festival offers 40 awards with prize and package offers to winners as well. Screenings, panels, workshops, nightly parties... check. The festival operates six auditoriums featuring Barco projectors, 5.1 surround sound, plush luxury chairs for a theatrical experience beyond the average.
Cobb Cinema Plaza Cinema Cafe 12 is located at 155 South Orange Avenue in Orlando, Florida 32801. Nearby are several hotel options and Downtown Orlando is Airbnb friendly. Shuttle buses and pleasant walks await in the Cobb Theater Downtown Orlando. Do not be afraid to use public transport. Lynx is your local provider of public buses and free shuttles in the downtown circular core. Dining, grocery, sundries, bars, and coffee shops are all available in Downtown Orlando.
