Lake Eola Fountain Utilized As Set Twice This Week

Lake Eola is playing host to two different productions this week. Monday, September 25th, a commercial was being shot right next to the Lake Eola fountain making use of one of the swans and the fountain's dramatic lighting. The theme music from the latest batch of Winn Dixie commercials could be heard around the park as walkers speculated on what new film was being made.
On September 30, Stunt Junkies, a show on the Discovery Channel, will spotlight professional wakeboarder J.D. Webb jumping over the Lake Eola fountain. The show will also encompass the science and mechanics behind the jump. The stunt is scheduled to take place at 10 a.m.
