The Air I Breathe Gets THINKFilm Distribution

Indie feature The Air I Breathe written by Bob DeRosa and Jieho Lee was picked up by THINKFilm after screening at Tribeca. The film was also directed by Lee. A release date of December 14, 2007 has been announced for the UK, while a release date sometime this fall is expected for the US in time for consideration for the Academy Awards.
Starring in the film are Forest Whitaker (The Last King of Scotland, Good Morning Vietnam, Fast Times at Ridgemont High), Brendan Fraser (The Mummy, School Ties), Sarah Michelle Gellar (The Grudge, Buffy the Vampire Slayer - TV), and Kevin Bacon (Mystic River, Apollo 13) along with Andy Garcia, Emile Hirsch and Julie Delpy in supporting roles. The film was shot in Mexico.
This was Korean-American Jieho Lee's directorial debut. This was Bob DeRosa's first feature to be produced. DeRosa began his career writing and performing in Orlando as part of the comedy troupe THEM.
