Gypsy Girl is a student short film project that follows the story of Evangeline, a young American romani girl living in southeast America with a big secret. She is constantly bombarded by the pressures of tradition and family while struggling to break free and live her own life with the girl she loves.
How to audition:
- Record yourself giving a one minute monologue of your choice. Choose something that you think displays the range of your acting abilities.
- Email your monologue to firstname.lastname@example.org
While you will be required to transport yourself to starting locations, transportation between shooting locations will be provided
All meals and snack food will be provided
Shooting will take place within the Winter Garden surrounding areas.
We hope to arrange a few hours within the next few weeks for reading through the script and blocking.
Shooting will take place on either the 2nd or third week of June and will occupy 2 full days
Retakes may be necessary
