Synopsis: A children’s educational adventure! 5th Grade Class President Ming is looking for inspiration for a video she wants to place in the Museum time capsule being buried as part of the Presidents Day celebration. With the help of their time traveling photographer, Ming and her friends are able to meet the distinguished men who adorn Mt Rushmore and get advice on leaving a legacy for future generations.

Lily (puppet) - A 12-year old girl. She is kind hearted, loves fashion, animals and is a devout vegetarian. Actress can be of any age but needs puppeteering skill.
Ming (puppet) - 10-year old Asian girl. She is the class President for her 5th grade class and is making a video to include in the time capsule. She is a smart bookworm. This can either be a voice actor only or if you have puppeteering skills, that is a plus.
George Washington - 60s, A Virginia plantation owner who served as a general and commander-in-chief of the colonial armies during the Revolutionary War. Became the first president of the United States, serving from 1789-1797. He is depicted in this film during his presidency, having dinner with his Secretary of State, Thomas Jefferson
Abraham Lincoln – Known as Honest Abe, the Rail-Splitter, or the Great Emancipator. He became the 16th President of the United States., who preserved the Union during the American Civil War and brought about the emancipation of the slaves. He is depicted in this film before his presidency, wile he was a lawyer. He would be 40s and without a beard.
Teddy Roosevelt – Known as an American Statesman, politician, conservationist, naturalist, and writer who served as the 26th president of the United States from 1901-1909. He led the Rough Riders. While president, he was blinded in one eye while taking part in his Boxing hobby. He signed legislation establishing 5 new National Parks and was the first president to win a Nobel Peace prize.
Martha Washington – 60s / 5’-0” tall. Known as Lady Washington, she served as the inaugural First Lady of the United States. She was eight months older than her husband George. She gave birth to four children and outlived all of them. She would spend the long winters with George at his encampments.
Lisa - female, 25-35, Museum Time Capsule Volunteer Curator - should be fun, energetic and very excited about the project.
Museum Docent 1 – 30s-60s male or female - The Museum Expert on the Bedtime for Bonzo President Reagan Exhibit
Museum Docent 2 - any age over 20, male or female - The Museum Expert on the Mt Rushmore Exhibit
Hamburger Man - 30s / Male - The Museum Cook who is charge of the Presidents Favorite Food Exhibit. (Probably a struggling comic by night who talks to his mom through his finger phone).
Casting Submission Information
The production will shoot for 6 days Tentatively scheduled for March 14 - 24, 2020 in Central Florida.
Pay is a low budget agreement of $125/day

Casting will reply to those submissions they feel are right for the roles by the last week in January with "sides" for you to submit an online audition. Callbacks will be in person in mid February.
