Popcorn Flicks Presents The Color Purple (released Friday, February 15, 2008) By Douglas Lorah Popcorn Flicks is having a special presentation of The Color Purple this month in honor of Black History Month on Thursday, February 21st at Shady Park. The screening is free to the public and the movie starts at 7:00pm. Popcorn Flicks is a free screening series sponsored by the City of Winter Park and the Enzian Theater. Shady Park is located in Hannibal Square next to the Community Center at 721 W. New England Avenue in Winter Park.
