Orlando Urban Film Festival is May 24 & 25

The Orlando Urban Film Festival is taking place May 24 and 25, 2019 in Downtown Orlando. Free workshops, screening blocks, day passes, and full access two day VIP passes for fifty bucks are available. The University of Central Florida's Center for Emerging Media, located at 500 W. Livingston Street, is where the two day festival will take place.
The location is perfect for the accommodations the festival arranged for travelers just a few steps away at The Marriott Hotel. For 125 per night and a discounted 20 dollar valet ticket, you can enjoy very close proximity to the festival and free wi-fi. Check with LYNX for your Orlando public transportation and free downtown circular shuttles. The SunRail commuter train is also connectable in the area.
Free workshops include How To Produce Our Independent Film by Lenny LoRusso (OIF) and Josh Ortiz (Writer/Director of "Dad") at 10 am - 11 am on May 24th. Also Saturday from 11 am to Noon, Young Filmmakers workshop will teach 13 and under how to develop their ideas from script to production. How to License Your Music for Film with Gene Culver (Music Drizzle) will be 1 - 2 pm.
